2nd China Diving Camp & Tour - August 15-28, 2006

Registration

 

Because of the anticipated response, applications for the limited space will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until April 15, 2006.  The completed application form must be accompanied by a $300 deposit.  Upon receipt of application and fees, a registration packet will be sent to you via email or download online.  If all spots are filled – with priority to team members - your full deposit will be returned.

 

            Divers                                                                                                              $2,180.00 U.S.

            Non-Divers (parent or other family members)                                        $1,880.00 U.S.

            Tour only, departing from LAX to Beijing August 20, 2006                    $1,680.00 U.S.

 

Fees include roundtrip airfare from Los Angeles, training fees for divers, lodging, tours, transportation and meals per itinerary.  Travelers are to obtain and bear the cost of any necessary travel documents (including passports and visas), health care and required vaccinations, gratuities, personal expenses, local airport tax, single room supplement of $375.00 U.S., price difference in any change of itinerary and other expenses not included.
 

Should unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel this training tour, and all deposits will be returned in full.  Any diver or accompanying traveler who cancels prior to April 15, 2006 will receive a refund on the deposit less a $100 camp administration fee.  Any cancellations made between April 15, 2006 and May 31, 2006 will forfeit the full deposit of $300.   Full payment for this tour must be received on or before May 31, 2006.  Applicants who cancel after May 31, 2006 will receive no refunds.
